We ship worldwide from our Studio in Lithuania, EU. Delivery depends on the destination country and the chosen shipping method. National post delivers: in Europe (3-10 days); non-European countries (10-20 days). Courier express services (DHL or FedEx): "Express" service is usually delivered in 2-5 days worldwide. "Economy" service is usually delivered in 4-14 days worldwide

Taxes, Duties, Custom Fees:

Additional duties/import taxes may be apply for some shipments made outside the European Union (EU).

Order Tracking:

Tracking number is automatically sent as soon as your order is handled to the Courier. If you have difficulties tracking your order, please contact us at info@asteawear.com.

Return:

• If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can easily return your item (except customized ones) within 30 days from the date of delivery.

• If the item was washed according to the care label and does not meet your expectations, we’re happy to offer an exchange or return within 14 days of receiving it – as a gesture of goodwill. After this period, or in cases of improper care, the right to return or exchange no longer applies.
