Taxes, Duties & Customs Fees

Please note that ASTEA is not responsible for any applicable taxes, customs fees, or import duties you may incur upon receiving your order. These charges are determined by your country’s customs office and vary widely. Unfortunately, we have no control over these fees and cannot predict the amount in advance.

If you are unsure about potential charges, we recommend contacting your local customs office before placing an order.

Production Timeline

Each ASTEA product is handmade to order in Lithuania with care and precision. We do not use automated machinery—every poncho is individually cut and sewn by hand. This artisanal process takes time and dedication.

  • Current production time: 5–7 business days

  • Production time may vary depending on order volume and seasonal demand

Shipping Options

All orders are shipped from Lithuania (EU). We offer the following shipping methods:

1. National Registered Post
  • Affordable option

  • Tracking may not be available in all countries

  • Recommended for standard deliveries

  • Delivers to PO boxes

2. Express Courier (DHL or FedEx)
  • Faster and more reliable service

  • Tracking included

  • Additional cost applies (varies by region)

  • Does not deliver to PO boxes – please use a residential or business address

Estimated Shipping Times

(Excludes production time)

National Post:

  • Europe: Delivery typically takes 3–10 business days.

  • Non-European countries: Delivery usually takes 10–20 business days.

  • Tracking may not be available in some countries.

Courier Services (DHL or FedEx):

  • Express Service: Delivered in approximately 2–5 business days worldwide.

  • Economy Service: Delivered in approximately 4–14 business days worldwide.

  • Please note: DHL and FedEx may not deliver to PO Boxes. In such cases, please choose National Post.

Important: Delivery times may be longer during busy seasons (e.g. Christmas). Once dispatched, shipping time is out of our control.

Shipping Address
  • Orders will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.

  • If your address changes, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • Important: FedEx and DHL do not deliver to PO Boxes. If using a PO Box, please select National Post as your shipping method.

Return & Cancellation Policy

At ASTEA, we want you to love your purchase. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

Order Cancellations
  • If you wish to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us within 14 hours of placing it at info@asteawear.com.

  • Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once they’ve been shipped.

Returns & Exchanges
  • Please contact us at info@asteawear.com within 14 days of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.

  • Wait for our confirmation email before sending anything back.

  • Once confirmed, you must ship the item back within 14 days.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for the following:

  • Custom-made / personalized items

  • Sale items – marked as FINAL SALE

  • Gift cards

  • Orders with retroactive sale discounts

Conditions of Return
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs to Lithuania.

  • The buyer is also responsible for any loss in item value if the item is not returned in its original condition (as agreed upon via email).

Refunds
  • Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please provide your bank account details via email for bank transfers.

  • Shipping fees and return costs are non-refundable.

  • We do not refund shipping for uncollected packages.

  • ASTEA is not responsible for loss or damage during return shipping.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@asteawear.com so we can make it right.

Sustainable & Responsible Shopping

We take pride in our craftsmanship and strive to represent our products as accurately as possible. However:

  • Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and printing techniques.

  • Read product descriptions carefully and reach out with any questions before purchasing.

  • If you're unhappy with your order, we’ll do our best to resolve the issue through refund or exchange, provided the item meets our return conditions.
